Row 1: Hdc in second Ch from hook, * hdc in next st; repeat from * across: 29 hdc
Row 2: Ch 2, hdc in first st, * Ch 1 skip next st, hdc in next 2 sts, Repeat from * across: 20 hdc – 9 Ch 1 spaces.
Row 3: Ch 2 (counts as first hdc), hdc in next st, * hdc in Ch 1 space, hdc in next 2 sts; repeat from * across: 29 hdc.
Repeat row 2 and 3 until it measures 9″ ending with a row 3.
