WW Recipes
These are Weight Watchers recipes I have found. These are not mine. If there is a name with them, I will add that to give that person credit.

I used the Pillsbury zero sugar yellow cake mix, 1/3 cup unsweetened Applesauce instead of oil, 1 cup water, 1 egg, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp banana extract, 4 ripe bananas, and 1/2 cup walnut pieces.
Bake at 325 for 18 mins.

Blueberry, banana muffins
1 banana
2 eggs
Blueberries
Mash banana well and add egg. Mix well and pour into sprayed muffin pan.
add blueberries.
Bake at 375 for 12 -15 minutes. Let it sit for a couple of minutes.

Egg sausage English muffin
1 egg fried.
1 light multigrain English muffin
1 turkey breakfast patty
Butter
Fry egg in pan cook patty in microwave and toast English muffin.
add little butter to the muffin and add your egg and sausage.
so easy to make in the morning.
