Plants and more plants –
Note: It’s not a bright day, as this is not the best picture. so, I will retake the picture when it is Brighter out. 🙂
I thought I would tell everyone about the plants I have. I got one and loved it so much that I had to get another plant. I wanted a spider plant, so I got that one. And it just kept going on from there.
The first plant I got was a Thanksgiving cactus. At first, I was like, “Oh, I hope I don’t kill it.” But it’s doing well. I did transplant it into a bigger pot, and it’s been growing ever since. I’m so happy with it, I can’t wait for it to flower again, they are so pretty, I do want to get a Christmas Cactus as well. so maybe I will find one and get that also. 🙂
Then I went and bought a spider plant. It was so rootbound, so I transplanted it into a bigger pot, and it’s doing very well and has grown a lot.
I also got a Ponytail palm from Perfect Plants
I collaborated with them, and they were such nice and caring people. They kept in contact with me, etc. They answered all my questions when I asked, and I had a few.
I will be buying more plants from them. You should go check them out, and if you have any questions, they get back to you. They are very kind and knowledgeable. They have indoor and outdoor plants, etc. I think you will find a wonderful plant from them.
I love how they package and ship. It was well protected. When I took it out of the box, it was perfect. I have to say they did a wonderful job.
My newest one is a purple passion plant, and I love it. My son and daughter-in-law got me a plant and told me to pick this one or another one. I loved both, but the purple passion I remember my mom having when I was young. It brought back memories of my childhood. So I picked that one. It was in the tiniest plant pot. I just transplanted it yesterday into a bigger pot. I was amazed at how it just perked up, and I was looking at this plant and wondering how it came out of that small pot. Amazing.
I also have a propagated cutting of a Spiderwort plant, so I can’t wait to be able to plant that one in its pot. I just started it so it will be a while. 🙂
My husband’s niece will give me a clipping of a prayer plant. She is propagating it for me. I can’t wait to get that one as well.
I decided to do a webpage on the plants with some information on each of my plants, other information on taking care of plants, etc. Then I decided to make a page for each of the plants. So, this way, I can keep adding additional information and updated pictures of the plants and also let you know how they are doing.
I just can’t believe this all started by me receiving just one little plant, and now I have 5 plants and one more coming.
I don’t believe that I will be getting any more, but we never do know, I just might. 🙂
But I do want a nice cactus hmm. I might have to look around and see what I can find. It never hurts to look and besides I don’t have a cactus really lol.
